Description

You will conduct engaging, individualized math lessons online for children ages 8–12 using ready-made lesson scenarios and materials. You will tailor the pace and approach to each student, regularly report progress, and share feedback about materials and student engagement. You’ll also build a positive, supportive learning atmosphere and develop your teaching skills with experienced mentors.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging 60-minute online math lessons in a 1-on-1 format using prepared scenarios and materials

• Adapt the learning pace and working style to each student’s level and needs

• Regularly report student progress

• Provide feedback on materials and student engagement

• Create a positive, supportive atmosphere where the child feels confident

• Develop teaching skills with support from experienced mentors

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of primary-school math (grades 1–6)

• Willingness to teach children and help them succeed and grow

• Ability to build rapport with a child and maintain attention during online lessons

• Responsibility, punctuality, and independence

• No criminal record and no contraindications to working with minors

• Own laptop or computer with camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work

Working Hours

• Only 1-on-1 lessons, 60 minutes each

• Availability required in evening hours during the week and/or on weekends
