Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans for preventive care and disease management

• Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care

• Educate and empower patients in shared healthcare decisions

• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records

• Stay current on Medicare Advantage and patient care advancements

Requirements

• Florida Medical License

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

• Excellent clinical skills and understanding of preventive medicine

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
