Description

Board-certified dermatologists are needed for a full-time locum tenens position in an outpatient dermatology practice in Rochester, NY. The schedule is Monday–Friday with no call for 26 weeks starting October 5, 2026, with approximately 25–35 patients per day. Minor dermatologic procedures may be available for interested providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient dermatology care
• Manage daily clinic patient volume (approximately 25–35 patients/day)
• Use Epic for documentation and workflow
• Work with a collaborative clinical team supported by nursing/medical assistants
• Potentially cover a nearby dermatology office (about 28 minutes apart)
• Perform minor dermatologic procedures if desired

Requirements

• Board-Certified Dermatologist
• Minimum 3 years of recent dermatology experience
• Recent Epic experience required
• BLS required
• New York license preferred; pending NY license may be considered
• Updated work history required
• No unexplained employment gaps of 30+ days
