Description

We are looking for a Mid-level DevOps Engineer who will independently maintain and evolve our infrastructure across three public clouds: GCP, AWS, and DigitalOcean. The work centers on Linux and cloud administration, production reliability for services and e-commerce stores, CI/CD delivery, containerization, monitoring/logging, backups and restore testing, security, CDN/WAF, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Linux servers and services in GCP, AWS, and DigitalOcean (VMs, databases, storage, networking, DNS)

  • Maintain production services and online stores, focusing on availability and performance

  • Build and develop CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket Pipelines from build to deployment on DEV, UAT, PPROD, and production

  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage container runtime

  • Clean up and standardize existing cloud resources

  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logs to detect issues before customers notice

  • Run backups and restore procedures; perform regular restore tests

  • Handle security: updates, firewalls, IAM, secrets, SSL certificates, and domain renewals

  • Configure CDN, cache, and WAF for high-traffic services (e.g., e-commerce campaigns)

  • Control and optimize cloud costs

  • Respond to incidents, analyze root causes, and document in Confluence (runbooks, architecture notes)

Requirements

  • Approx. 2–4 years of commercial experience as a DevOps, SysOps, or Systems Administrator

  • Very strong Linux knowledge (Ubuntu/Debian): systemd, networking, permissions, diagnostics

  • Practical experience with at least one public cloud (GCP or AWS) and readiness to work with the other

  • Hands-on daily experience with Docker and Docker Compose

  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)

  • Ability to configure web servers and reverse proxy (Nginx), SSL/TLS certificates, and DNS

  • MySQL/MariaDB administration skills (backups, restores, basic tuning)

  • Bash scripting; basic Python fundamentals

  • Git experience with pull-request workflows

  • English proficiency of at least B2

Benefits

  • Real impact on infrastructure architecture and standards without multi-level bureaucracy

  • Work across three clouds with diverse projects: services, stores, and internal applications

  • Projects for large international clients

  • Direct access to management and a short path to decisions

  • Modern tooling, including AI support for everyday work

  • Planned additions: equipment, certificate budget, and benefits to be finalized
