Description

Build and maintain Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow data solutions for a banking client’s Recovery domain. You will gather requirements with business stakeholders and then design, develop, test, and deploy scalable data models and pipelines, owning deliveries end to end. The role emphasizes SQL/Python development and modern engineering practices for maintainability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and resilient data pipelines
• Own deliveries end to end: requirements → implementation and testing → production deployment
• Build solutions with SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow
• Integrate data through enterprise APIs and other data sources
• Drive automation and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
• Ensure long-term maintainability, stability, and reliability of delivered solutions

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• Proven experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow
• Strong data modeling skills and experience designing scalable, resilient data pipelines
• Experience with API integrations and modern data architectures
• Solid software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps ways of working
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliveries
• Fluent English
• Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate
