Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications. Collaborate with product owners, technology leads, testers, and developers to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and continuously improve development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
• Continuously improve software development processes and practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent education and/or experience
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience (typically with 1+ years in an associate level role or external equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in .NET framework and SQL Server databases
• Proficiency in one or more UI frameworks such as React
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or Python
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and services

Compensation

Annual full-time base salary range: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 (final offer based on interview and alignment with experience, skills, and market data).
