Description

Join a banking client as an IngestOps Engineer responsible for ingesting data onto Hadoop using the ARC Ingestion Framework. You will prepare and test configurations for new data sources and maintain production ingestion sources. The role includes troubleshooting ingestion issues across applications and configurations in an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data onto Hadoop using the ARC Ingestion Framework

• Prepare and test configurations for new ingestion sources

• Maintain and support sources already ingested in production

• Troubleshoot ingestion issues across different applications and configurations

• Collaborate with data, application, and infrastructure stakeholders in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Experience with Git and Jenkins

• Experience working with different applications and their configurations

• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical, rational thinking

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Fluent English
