Description

Join a project to define and strengthen enterprise-wide Data Governance for a complex, multi-entity organization. You will establish governance frameworks, operating models, and processes to improve data quality, ownership, consistency, and trust across business units. You will lead governance assessments and define a prioritized implementation roadmap with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing data governance maturity, identifying gaps in ownership, policies, processes, and controls.

• Define enterprise data governance frameworks, operating models, decision rights, and escalation processes.

• Establish data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and accountability across priority data domains.

• Develop data quality standards, KPIs, metadata, business glossary, and data lineage practices.

• Lead stakeholder workshops and deliver a prioritized governance implementation roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.

• Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies such as DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM.

• Experience with Master & Reference Data Management.

• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Collibra, Informatica, and Microsoft Purview.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
