Description

Develop and maintain flexible, reusable, data-driven XSL-based templates in Doxee that adhere to corporate design for multi-channel document output. You will create modular templates for responsive HTML emails, PDFs for digital processing, print production, and SMS, integrating structured XML data sources and deploying via dev/test/production workflows. You will also document template structure and logic and support knowledge transfer and training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain XSL-based templates in Doxee for responsive HTML emails, PDFs, print production, and SMS

• Design modular templates with reusable components

• Agree template structure, variable logic, and implementation rules with the project team

• Help design data structures and gather business requirements

• Connect structured XML data sources

• Deploy templates through standardized dev/test/production processes

• Document template structure, logic, placeholders, and dependencies

• Perform testing, integration, and deployment of templates

• Transfer knowledge on applications, technologies, and architecture guidelines; provide training remotely and set up technical access

Requirements

• 4+ years in document or output management template development

• Hands-on Doxee experience explicitly named in the CV

• Strong XSL/XSLT and XML

• Delivered templates across multiple output channels (HTML email, PDF, print, SMS)

• Experience with staged deployment (dev, test, prod) and technical documentation
