Description

Provide technical leadership and operational support for firewall environments using Check Point and Fortinet. Own RUN operations, major incidents, firewall performance optimization, continuous monitoring/analysis, and testing/validation of firewall settings. Ensure compliance with security requirements, follow change-management processes, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer firewalls (Check Point / Fortinet)
• Optimize firewall performance
• Monitor and analyze firewall activity
• Test and validate firewall settings
• Ensure compliance requirements are met
• Assure quality of configurations and troubleshooting
• Implement planned changes based on the change process
• Document work according to guidelines

Requirements

• Check Point CCSE (or higher)
• Fortinet NSE 4 (or higher)
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Fluent English (German is an advantage)
• ITIL knowledge (preferred)
