Description

You will serve as the key contact between IT, users, and suppliers, focusing on long-term quality and smooth application functioning. You will also support user planning for further development, implement smaller change requests, and supervise analysts and programmers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure long-term quality and reliable functioning of applications from an IT perspective
• Resolve incidents and operational problems; perform technical and content testing
• Collaborate closely with specialists across support teams, users, managers, and vendors
• Act as a partner for users; support planning of future application development
• Participate in IT projects from initial phase through acquisition
• Implement smaller change requests and supervise analysts and programmers
• Provide organizational support for application operations and manage system documentation

Requirements

• Experience with application administration; responsible for both technical and organizational aspects
• Pragmatic, careful, detail-oriented approach with a long-term perspective
• Practical project experience; basic knowledge of project management principles
• Basic knowledge of the application development lifecycle
• Ability to communicate with experts and managers
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Strong organizational skills
• Communicative English
• Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, and REST services (Apache Kafka is an advantage)
