Description

Join a team responsible for developing and maintaining Kubernetes platforms running on AWS and Azure. You will work on migrations from Azure/AKS to AWS/EKS and on moving CI/CD from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions, while improving production infrastructure stability, automation, monitoring, and security.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Administer and develop Kubernetes environments, especially AKS and EKS.
• Participate in migrating workloads from Azure/AKS to AWS/EKS.
• Migrate CI/CD processes from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Automate operational and migration processes using Python and/or Bash.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Collaborate on networking, security, and access management solutions.
• Support data and storage migration, including cutover plans, backups, validation, and rollback procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development, platform, and other project stakeholders.
• Document technical solutions and prepare operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Very strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and/or Kustomize.
• Practical experience operating production Kubernetes environments.
• Very strong AWS knowledge with a focus on EKS and related services: EKS, IAM/IRSA, VPC & security groups, Load Balancers, Route 53, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, S3, RDS/EFS.
• Good Azure knowledge with a focus on AKS and: Azure DevOps, Azure Container Registry, Azure Networking, Azure Identity, Key Vault, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics.
• Very strong hands-on Terraform skills: design, refactoring, maintenance, and reusable modules.
• Very strong GitHub Actions knowledge with experience designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes networking: VPC/VNet, DNS, TLS, ingress/egress, load balancing, firewall, private connectivity, service discovery.
• Security experience in cloud/Kubernetes: IAM, RBAC, secrets management, workload identity, least privilege.
• Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.
• Good Python and/or Bash.
• Practical experience migrating environments and applications between cloud platforms.
• English level B2+.
