Description

Design, deploy, and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code. Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, deliver strong Linux operations, and implement monitoring/observability using Prometheus and Grafana. Drive DevSecOps by integrating secrets management and security scanning into pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure (EKS, VPC, RDS, IAM)

• Develop and manage Terraform Infrastructure as Code (module design, state management, refactoring)

• Administer Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, and Ingress controllers

• Create automation scripts in Bash, Python, or Go

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

• Perform advanced Linux administration: performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting

• Set up observability and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana

• Apply cloud security best practices (AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, WAF)

• Manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager

• Integrate SAST/DAST/container security scanning into pipelines

• Consult with clients and translate business requirements into technical plans

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on AWS production experience (EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM)

• Strong Terraform skills including module development and state management

• Solid Docker and Kubernetes administration, including Helm charts and Ingress controllers

• Strong Bash; proficiency in Python or Go for automation

• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

• Strong Linux administration skills (troubleshooting, performance tuning, system maintenance)

• Monitoring/observability experience with Prometheus and Grafana

• Upper-Intermediate English and Polish

• Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking; end-to-end ownership

• DevSecOps: AWS security services experience (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, WAF)

• Secrets management: HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager

• Security scanning: SAST/DAST/container scanning integrated into CI/CD
