Description

Drive B2B business analysis in an Agile environment by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. Work with UX/UI and frontend developers, manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments, and ensure requirements are traceable and compliant (e.g., GDPR). Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready/Done.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Collaborate with frontend developers and UX/UI designers to provide clear, detailed requirements
• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure Definition of Ready/Done is met
• Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) and maintain traceability to implementation

Requirements

• Completed studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Hands-on with Jira or similar backlog tools
• Stakeholder management experience in large organizations
• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices
• Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
