Description

You’ll be considered for future Machine Learning opportunities focused on applying ML and AI to business needs, with strong emphasis on NLP/LLM work and practical deployment. The role also includes presales support, analytics/advisory activities, and staying aligned with market and technology trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3.5 years on commercial Machine Learning projects
• Strong Python skills for Data Science and ML projects
• Experience in NLP, including LLM work (API integration, fine-tuning, pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation)
• Experience deploying AI services with cloud providers
• Proficiency with ML methods and libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Keras, statsmodels
• Experience with data exploration, data visualization, and data cleansing
• Client-facing experience delivering business needs
• Proactive and independent working style
• Experience participating in presales
• English level at least B2+
• Nice to have: Computer Vision; ML optimizations for predictive maintenance/recommendations; knowledge management (RAG, LangChain, vector databases)

Responsibilities

• Follow software engineering best practices and keep them up to date with senior ML team members
• Support project leadership and management in ML initiatives
• Work toward adherence to company ML standards and development directions
• Participate in analytical and advisory processes for implementing AI-based solutions
• Contribute to presales activities
• Monitor market trends and adapt solutions to business requirements
• Provide technical and domain expertise in internal strategic initiatives
