Description

Digitalization and innovative solutions require a solid ICT infrastructure, and the role leads further development of a regional Azure public cloud platform as a product. The team uses agile practices (Scrum) and delivers in epics, features, and user stories tracked in Azure DevOps. You will extend platform capabilities and strengthen the delivery model, policy/rules, processes, and FinOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Health South-East Azure public cloud platform as a product

• Own team deliveries and drive competence development and collaboration with service and development teams

• Establish a secure, robust, and user-friendly platform through automation, standardization, and self-service

• Further develop platform capabilities in Azure, AI, networking, and DevSecOps

• Develop the delivery model, policy/rules, processes, and the FinOps function

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years documented experience from large and complex ICT environments with building, operating, or further developing modern cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years documented experience leading technical teams, platform teams, or product teams

• Documented experience with Azure platform services and establishing platform capabilities for development and operations environments

• Documented experience with agile ways of working and continuous improvement
