Description

Support rollout management with planning, coordination, and execution of rollout activities. Bring domain expertise from Sparkassen branch operations and private customer consulting, advise users on professional processes and requirements, and contribute to testing, acceptance, and pilot support. Also handle rollout communication, reporting, rollout plan updates, and coordination workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout management with planning, coordination, and delivery of rollout activities

• Provide Sparkassen branch and private customer consulting perspective

• Coordinate between departments, project teams, and stakeholders

• Guide users on professional workflows and requirements from practice

• Support preparation and execution of tests, acceptance, and pilots

• Help communicate and inform impacted units

• Maintain rollout plans, status overviews, and milestones

• Create reports and presentations

• Organize meetings and workshops to align rollout activities

Requirements

• Several years of experience at a Sparkasse, ideally as a private customer consultant

• Very good knowledge of processes, workflows, and systems in the Sparkassen environment (required)

• Structured, independent, and reliable working style

• Very good communication and organizational skills

• Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Teams

• Solution-oriented thinking and willingness to learn

• Very good German skills (at least C1)
