Description

You will support a project migrating an SAP S/4HANA system from one environment to a new central instance, with expert advisory and hands-on support for FI/CO and related modules (AP/AR/AA). Responsibilities include analyzing target configurations, preparing migration data with remapping (including chart of accounts changes), executing role-based test cases, and assisting users with testing and Fiori reporting. You will also maintain SAP S/4HANA configuration and perform routine day-to-day system tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for SAP FI/CO/AP/AR/AA during system migration
• Analyze and compare target module configuration vs. the new central configuration, including chart of accounts changes
• Prepare FI/AR/AP/AA migration data, considering requirement changes and performing re-mapping
• Run assigned test cases related to the modules for which you act as a local administrator
• Support end users during testing
• Support users in preparing Fiori reports
• Maintain SAP S/4HANA system configuration on an ongoing basis
• Handle routine tasks such as opening accounting periods and starting CO allocations
• Create users and update their authorizations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in SAP FI/CO projects (consultant or key user)
• Experience participating in data migration projects
• Strong knowledge of financial/accounting topics (insurance industry specifics are a plus)
• English proficiency enabling smooth communication in project meetings
• Experience with FI/CO/AP/AR/AA modules
• Ability to communicate effectively with the business side; open, creative, goal-oriented attitude
