Description

Work in a team building new corporate banking solutions—new processes, applications, and workflows for business clients. You will analyze requirements with stakeholders, design functional and system concepts, model business rules and UI screens, and participate in technical solution design and integration (e.g., SOA). You will also address enterprise-grade security and performance, support testing, coordinate deployment, and continuously improve delivered in-house architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build modern, innovative processes for corporate customers in electronic and traditional banking
• Collaborate on requirements analysis and support users in defining business requirements
• Create functional and system solution concepts; design process flows, user screen mockups, and business-rule models
• Participate in technical design and integration of modules required to implement processes (SOA)
• Work on security and performance topics for enterprise solutions in a banking environment
• Support users during testing and coordinate the deployment process
• Maintain continuous development of business-delivered solutions and system architecture (development in-house)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects as a developer (financial industry experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Kafka, Redis, SQL Server, EF, Microservices, .NET 6/8, .NET Framework 4.8
• Higher education
• Good command of English
• Strong work organization and ability to deliver on time
• Communication skills and experience working directly with business clients
• Knowledge of distributed architecture concepts, DDD, and application optimization
