Description

You will analyze the current architecture of an existing application and develop or modernize the application stack using the latest frameworks. Working in a small pod of 4–6 developers, you will collaborate across development, testing, and implementation teams to roll out regulatory and business improvement programs. The team focuses on Periodic KYC reviews in a client onboarding application.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the current technical architecture of the existing application
• Develop and/or modernize the application stack using the latest frameworks
• Work effectively within a pod of 4–6 developers
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and implementation teams to deliver regulatory and business improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on design and development experience in Java, Spring, and Kafka
• Core expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience with microservices
• Familiarity with agentic AI
• Agile, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills with senior management and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative working style in a global team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred)
