Description

Support the development and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP-driven marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Build customer journeys and CDP segmentation, and execute and schedule campaigns in-platform while contributing to a 24/7 global support model. Assist with Interaction Studio implementations for multiple BMS brands as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP initiatives
• Build CDP segmentation and customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Execute and schedule campaigns directly within the platform
• Support Interaction Studio implementations for up to 3 BMS brands (scalable on request)
• Collaborate with brands and markets for timely campaign support
• Participate in a 24/7 campaign team support model across geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience: Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio
• Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder proficiency (or similar platform)
• SQL knowledge for marketing data management
• Ability to code in HTML
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
• English proficiency at B2 or higher
