Description

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP capabilities. You’ll contribute to segmentation, build customer journeys with Journey Builder, and execute/schedule campaigns in-platform, including support for Interaction Studio implementations. The role operates within a 24/7 global support model.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Cloud and CDP initiatives

• Develop CDP segmentation and build customer journeys using Journey Builder

• Execute and schedule campaigns directly within the platform

• Assist in building and supporting Interaction Studio implementations for up to 3 BMS brands

• Collaborate with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support

• Participate in a 24/7 campaign team support model across geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing

• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio)

• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder (or similar platform)

• Knowledge of SQL for marketing data management

• Capability to code in HTML

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
