Description

Senior Business Analyst role within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team servicing supermarket brands across Belgium, Serbia, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Greece. You will serve as a subject matter expert, gather and document requirements, and help define solution design and the right technology mix to maximize effectiveness. The role also involves staying current with digital trends and supporting select consultative/pre-sales engagements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer needs and capture requirements
• Advise clients on the best mix of technologies, solution designs, and delivery to maximize effectiveness
• Collaborate with offshore and third-party suppliers; adapt communication to business needs
• Analyze how technology, customers, and the business intersect to identify business development opportunities
• Monitor emerging digital trends, opportunities, and challenges in the relevant markets and geographies
• Provide consultative/pre-sales support for select digital engagements when defined by the business and client

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in at least 2 verticals
• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (service focus)
• Ability to understand high-level business ideas, assess impact, and break them down into user stories for service design and delivery
• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Platform) and Lightning components
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce technologies, including clouds, offerings, custom development, and integration
• Experience preparing requirements for integrations
