Description

You will design and develop enterprise SAP solutions using ABAP and modern SAP technologies, and contribute to technical architecture and solution design across complex SAP landscapes. The role includes implementing SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and GenAI capabilities, supporting integrations and extensions with a clean-core approach. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, participate in innovation initiatives (POCs/assessments), and mentor developers to promote engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise SAP solutions using ABAP and modern SAP technologies

• Contribute to technical architecture and solution design across complex SAP landscapes

• Explore and implement SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and GenAI capabilities

• Support integrations, extensions, and clean-core development strategies

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders on global projects

• Participate in innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and technology assessments

• Mentor less experienced developers and promote engineering best practices

• Continuously develop technical and architectural expertise through real project experience

Requirements

• Extensive SAP development experience (ideally Senior Developer or Senior Technical Consultant)

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP and modern SAP development approaches

• Good understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and development best practices

• Experience with or interest in SAP BTP, cloud technologies, and application extensions

• Passion for Generative AI, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and emerging technologies

• Knowledge of RAP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, or related SAP technologies is an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English; German is a strong asset
