Description

The role focuses on enhancing mobile app development by automating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and deployment cycles for Android and iOS. You will manage release processes through Google Play and iOS tooling, streamline builds with Fastlane, and monitor production performance using Datadog. You’ll also ensure secure, compliant pipelines while troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise and GitHub
• Implement and manage release processes for Android (Google Play Console) and iOS (TestFlight and App Connect)
• Automate build and release workflows using Fastlane to streamline deployment and testing
• Integrate and maintain Datadog for application monitoring
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and tests into automated pipelines
• Monitor the performance of live apps and optimize using continuous feedback from Datadog and other monitoring tools
• Ensure compliance with digital security protocols during build and release processes
• Document the CI/CD process and update it to keep practices and tools current
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines to reduce downtime and improve deployment efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps
• Experience with mobile application deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for Android and iOS
• Experience with releases for Android and iOS, ideally with Google Play Console, TestFlight, and App Connect
• Experience with Bitrise and Fastlane
• Experience with Cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of Cloud-Native AI and Generative AI services
• Working knowledge of AI architecture patterns: RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, tool/function calling, grounding, prompt management, evaluation, and responsible AI
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
