Description

Operate and maintain a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You’ll build automation and diagnostic tooling, manage incidents end-to-end (response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews), and work with observability tools to keep runbooks and documentation actionable. You’ll also onboard and support new clients and help the platform scale with demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes platform across public and private clouds

• Ensure observability alerts are actionable via up-to-date runbooks and documentation

• Manage incidents end-to-end: incident response, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews

• Onboard and support new clients on the platform

• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort and evaluate performance

• Identify and deliver process improvements

• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date

• Proactively manage capacity so the platform scales with demand

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production (ideally with Service Mesh)

• Strong Linux and command-line fundamentals

• Confident debugging and troubleshooting from the application layer to lower-level infrastructure

• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS

• Upper-intermediate English level
