Description

Senior Business Analyst to support banking anti-financial crime capabilities, including new CARS implementation, Transaction Monitoring requirements and implementation, Salesforce migration initiatives, and configuration support. You will translate business and technical requirements into solutions, improve financial crime processes, and support implementation of AFC capabilities through close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for AFC systems and processes

• Support new CARS implementation and Salesforce migration initiatives

• Design, implement, and maintain Transaction Monitoring scenarios and business rules

• Support Application Owners with CARS and Transaction Monitoring configuration

• Develop and improve customer risk scoring models and investigation workflows

• Analyze customer and payment data, including ETL processes, using SQL and Python

• Apply process mining and data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities

• Produce technical specifications, typology documentation, implementation documentation, analytical reports, and presentations

• Support change management and collaborate across teams in Agile delivery environments
