Description

You will join a team responsible for maintaining and continuously developing a complex, enterprise-class e-TOLL system built on dense inter-module integration and communication via REST API, with tasks executed according to RRA processes. The role emphasizes accurate, structured work—building domain knowledge using detailed documentation in Jira and Confluence while supporting business and collaborating closely with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify REST API endpoints, including main and alternative flows, input/output parameters, and attributes

• Analyze integrations and interfaces, defining inter-module communication and ensuring consistent data flow

• Model system and business rules: create and maintain business/system rules, data models, dictionaries, and services

• Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence and Jira in line with RRA requirements

• Provide ongoing support and process tickets by analyzing errors, supporting business stakeholders, and working daily with developers, UX designers, and the Product Owner

• Analyze data and verify system behavior using SQL; participate in solution design and optimization of existing systems

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst

• Proven system analysis experience from participation in IT projects

• Ability to identify, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Experience creating functional and technical specifications and defining system interfaces

• Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Practical experience designing and documenting REST APIs

• Good SQL knowledge, especially PostgreSQL

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into system requirements

• Strong communication and ability to work effectively with developers, testers, and business

• Polish language proficiency for fluent communication in speaking and writing
