Description

You will develop and automate P&L, margin, and EBITDA calculations and models, and deliver actual vs budget/forecast analysis with bridge insights and business recommendations. The role includes building and evolving Power BI dashboards for profitability, costs, FTE, CPX/OPEX, and operational KPIs, while integrating data across ERP, HR/payroll, JIRA, Salesforce, and operational sources. You will support the CFO, Management Board, and business owners with expert interpretation of results and identification of EBITDA drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop P&L, margin, and EBITDA models and automate their calculations

• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast; prepare bridge views and business recommendations

• Build and extend Power BI dashboards for profitability, costs, FTE, CPX/OPEX, and operational KPIs

• Combine data from ERP, HR/payroll, JIRA, Salesforce, and operational sources

• Automate reporting and reduce manual Excel work while keeping detailed export capability

• Provide expert support to the CFO, Management Board, and business owners in interpreting performance and identifying EBITDA drivers

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in financial/business controlling, FP&A, or project controlling

• Experience in ICT/technology or financial services

• Strong knowledge of P&L, margin, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Practical Power BI experience and very strong Excel and Power Query skills

• English proficiency of at least B2

• Ability to independently build profitability models and automate reporting

• Critical verification of data and assumptions, and ability to formulate recommendations for senior management

• Senior expert approach; content ownership of solutions without line management responsibilities
