Description

Join the Marketing team as an AI Growth Engineer who turns business problems into working solutions using AI and a growth mindset. You will quickly build PoCs, ship to production, measure outcomes, and decide whether to stop, iterate, or scale—optimizing for Go-to-Market and Time-to-Market. AI will be your primary working environment.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered solutions for Marketing, Growth, and Sales—from prototype to production

• Identify where AI and automation can increase conversion, accelerate GTM, or remove manual work

• Design and build AI agents and workflows for lead generation, content, personalization, CRM, onboarding, and customer communication

• Connect AI models to product capabilities using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools

• Create fast PoCs, test hypotheses, and scale solutions that demonstrate results

• Build landing pages, forms, calculators, and other growth tools to run experiments quickly

• Design and implement A/B tests and turn results into the next experiments

• Automate marketing and sales processes

• Benchmark new AI models/tools/approaches and recommend what to adopt

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT to launch new campaigns, products, and experiments quickly
