Description

You will own the technical design, implementation, and scaling of AI and Generative AI automation solutions end-to-end. The role combines engineering depth with consulting-style guidance to deliver solutions ready for production. You will also lead AI use-case implementation, mentor the team, and align delivery with architecture, quality, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for implementing AI and Generative AI use cases

• Design and develop scalable AI solutions for production environments

• Ensure solutions meet architectural assumptions, quality standards, and operational requirements

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to AI engineers

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients, Product Owners, and project management teams

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience developing and operationalizing AI and GenAI solutions

• Advanced expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and leading AI platforms

• Hands-on experience with automated AI workflows using n8n and/or Otera

• Proficiency in API integration, data connectivity, and process automation

• Practical experience with cloud solutions for AI deployment (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS)

• Ability to design technology architectures supporting AI use-case planning and delivery

• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) in daily software development

• Knowledge of AI governance, model security, and MLOps/LLMOps practices

• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience

• Fluent English (minimum C1)
