Description

You will help clients design, deploy, maintain, and monitor IT security environments. The job focuses on monitoring customer networks with NDR tools (including night hours), performing initial triage of detected events, reducing false positives through detection model improvements, and administering NDR tools. You’ll also support hands-on deployments of IT/OT security tools with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer networks using NDR-class tools, including at night

• Perform initial triage of security events

• Reduce false positives by recommending changes in detection models

• Maintain and administer NDR tools in customer environments

• Support IT/OT security tool deployments (real implementation work, not only documentation)

Requirements

• Willingness to work night on-call shifts

• First IT experience (preferably cybersecurity/SOC)

• Knowledge of network threats

• Ability to translate technical details into business language

• Strong work organization and SLA adherence

• Willingness to continuously expand knowledge about threats
