Description

You will provide technical leadership across RAN configuration, parameter management, and network performance optimization. You will support complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network performance issues, and oversee radio parameter changes, network integration, and optimization activities. You will validate technical deliverables, ensure configuration consistency, monitor service quality, and coordinate with engineering teams to guide other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work across RAN configuration, parameter management, and performance optimization
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for RAN/network performance issues
• Oversee radio parameter changes, network integration, and optimization activities
• Validate deliverables, maintain configuration consistency, and monitor service quality
• Coordinate with engineering teams and provide technical guidance to other engineers
• Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• Extensive experience in LTE/5G RAN engineering in multi-vendor environments
• Strong expertise in radio configuration, KPI/KQI analysis, and network optimization
• Experience with RAN planning, OSS, and performance management tools
• Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to independently manage complex engineering activities and support technical coordination
• Good written and spoken English and Polish
• Openness to visit the Katowice office
