Description

Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Agentic PDLC process: analyze the current AS-IS workflow, design the TO-BE model, and drive roadmap, backlog, implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes. You act as both the process owner and internal product lead for the IT way of working, improving speed, quality, security, and efficiency of IT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic PDLC process for the IT organization and redesign it end-to-end.
• Analyze the current PDLC process, its constraints, pain points, dependencies, and opportunities for AI/automation.
• Design the TO-BE process covering the full software lifecycle: discovery, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and IT operations/maintenance.
• Define process flow, roles and responsibilities, artifacts, decision points, escalation rules, and human–AI collaboration model.
• Set process maturity levels, from AI-assisted work to more automated, agent-driven workflows.
• Continuously improve the process using data, feedback, and pilot results.
• Define vision, goals, and direction; build and maintain the transformation roadmap.
• Manage the Agentic PDLC backlog and prioritize initiatives, experiments, pilots, integrations, and improvements (including MVP scope and release sequencing).
• Coordinate pilot planning and implementation with architecture, engineering, and product/technology teams while maintaining delivery continuity.
• Drive adoption of new practices, tools, and solutions; create onboarding, communication, support, and user feedback mechanisms.
• Define KPIs and adoption/quality/productivity/efficiency metrics; build and maintain the business justification for the roadmap.
• Monitor impact on lead time, cycle time, rework, quality, stability, security, costs, and team experience; decide whether to scale, change direction, or stop initiatives.
• Report progress, value, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Align direction and priorities with IT leaders, delivery teams, and IT4IT process/tool owners; collaborate with Agentic PDLC Architect and Lead Agentic AI Engineer.
• Work with AI Platform, Architecture, Security, DevSecOps, Quality Assurance, Data, Compliance, and IT Operations.
