Description

Lead the organization’s Digital CSR initiative by defining and executing a responsible digital strategy, with a focus on environmental and social responsibility. You will build and drive a roadmap based on existing initiatives and identify new responsible actions. You will also track and animate responsible digital topics, support transversal strategic projects, and manage executive steering committee meetings.

Responsibilities

• Define a vision and CSR strategy for digital activities

• Develop a roadmap based on existing initiatives and identify new actions

• Monitor and drive responsible digital topics

• Manage the executive direction committee: prepare and facilitate meetings

• Participate in the follow-up of cross-functional strategic projects

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in CSR and digital transformation

• Expertise in CSR strategy applied to digital

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects

• Ease in facilitating executive direction committees

• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or industrial sector

• Skills in managing event logistics

• Experience evaluating AI use cases in recruitment
