Description

Senior iOS Developer to develop and optimize a native iOS application using Swift with a strong focus on accessibility implementation. You will implement and optimize accessibility solutions aligned with WCAG standards, validate them with VoiceOver, and maintain high code quality while collaborating with the client’s project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop the native iOS application in Swift (SwiftUI / UIKit)

• Implement and optimize accessibility solutions according to WCAG

• Test accessibility, with emphasis on VoiceOver

• Ensure code quality and collaborate with the project team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial native iOS development experience

• Very strong practical knowledge of Swift

• Project experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit

• Extensive practical experience implementing accessibility in production iOS apps

• Solid experience with VoiceOver

• Knowledge of iOS Accessibility API or SwiftUI accessibility

• Experience with Dynamic Type and scalable font sizes

• Practical knowledge of accessibility labels, traits, values, actions, and focus management

• Experience testing accessibility, especially with VoiceOver

• Knowledge of accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.1 / 2.2

• English proficiency at least B2
