Description

We are looking for a full stack engineer to develop and evolve systems powering product and assortment management across a retail ecosystem. You will build scalable backend services and frontend applications, translating business and product requirements into maintainable solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and architects to deliver reliable, testable full stack software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot

• Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js

• Implement scalable full stack solutions based on business and product requirements

• Contribute to event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing using Kafka

• Support system integration within AWS cloud and containerized environments

• Work with PostgreSQL and design reliable data models

• Collaborate across product and engineering teams to improve code quality, testing, and system reliability

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field

• 3–5 years of full stack development experience using Java/Kotlin and Vue.js

• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and frontend–backend integration

• Hands-on experience or exposure to Kafka or similar messaging systems

• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar databases

• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and containerization

• Strong communication skills in English and Polish; readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice
