Description

Support a global SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay campaign by providing end-to-end configuration across multiple countries. Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical configurations, and assist with configuration validation, unit testing, UAT support, documentation, and issue resolution. After rollout, provide ongoing functional support and guidance to maintain solution quality and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay programs for a global organization with multiple country setups

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, accurate, and compliant technical configurations

• Execute and document comprehensive unit testing (test scenarios, expected results, defect tracking)

• Support UAT preparation, execution, stakeholder feedback, and issue resolution

• Produce clear functional and configuration documentation for business and technical stakeholders

• Validate country-specific requirements, including eligibility rules, compensation guidelines, worksheets, calculations, and approval workflows

• Support campaign readiness, deployment activities, and go-live coordination

• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations after implementation

• Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and configuration gaps
