Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of new software solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers on roadmaps, mentor Software Developers and Quality Analysts, and ensure compliance with platform technical and security standards. Stay current with AI and full-stack trends, driving GenAI adoption and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design (whole components and specific features), development, and deployment of new solutions

• Propose improvements to technical standards and delivery processes; promote good practices with other Tech Leads

• Facilitate collaboration with Product Owners/Managers on product roadmaps and oversee implementation

• Lead and mentor Software Developers and Quality Analysts; support code and test plan reviews

• Monitor solution compliance with Sightline platform technical standards and security requirements; facilitate issue resolution and DevOps tasks

• Support incident and problem management; help L3 Production troubleshooting and resolution

• Stay up to date on AI and full-stack development trends (AI frameworks, agent platforms, CLI toolkits)

• Leverage and promote GenAI in daily work and educate others on new ways of working

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software projects in a global environment and complex organization, including communication with business stakeholders or end-users

• 5+ years of experience as an IT architect / IT Tech Lead applying Agile, DDD, microservices, CQRS, CLEAN, and SOLID

• Proficiency in RESTful web app development using C#/.NET and Python, plus front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and M365, including Azure Stack (Azure Functions, Service Bus)
