Description

You’ll handle everyday IT operations and user support, including helpdesk support onsite and remotely. In parallel, you’ll gradually learn the ERP Helios iNuvio to become the internal person who understands it—starting with first-line user support, access management, and simple configurations, with SQL work introduced over time.

Responsibilities

• IT operations and user support (helpdesk onsite/remote)

• Install, configure, update, and set up computers and notebooks

• Manage users and access in Active Directory / Entra ID

• Administer Microsoft 365 (licenses, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding (accounts, permissions, equipment)

• Support printers, phones, peripherals, and office networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN)

• Monitor backups, antivirus, and system updates; basic security oversight

• Coordinate with vendors and maintain asset and license records

ERP Helios iNuvio (progressively, with training)

• First-line user support in Helios

• Manage users and access rights in the ERP

• Modify reference data and perform simple configuration changes

• Create/print reports, overviews, and summaries

• Run data imports and verify the results

• Gradually write SQL queries against the Helios database

• Collaborate with the ERP vendor and colleagues on process improvements

Requirements

• Prior experience in IT support or IT administration

• Experience with user management in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

• Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)

• Interest in ERP systems and how the business works behind the scenes (orders, invoicing, data)

• Analytical thinking and eagerness to learn, including SQL

• Independence, reliability, and ability to explain matters clearly to colleagues

• Communicative Czech and English at least for reading documentation
