Requirements

• Practical experience with commercial AI projects
• Strong problem-solving mindset (solutions over excuses)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Comfort working creatively without strict instruction-following
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak
• Ability to communicate in English
• Knowledge of key AI/ML concepts and algorithms
• Experience with at least a portion of the listed AI engineering technologies
