UI Designer (Game Design)

Description

Join a game design team to create clean, functional UI for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. You’ll collaborate with UI artists, maintain a Figma component library, and design icons and UI rooted in the automotive world while aligning with established style and technical constraints. Work closely with game designers, programmers, and QA from concept to release.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Design clean, functional user interfaces for trucking simulators
• Collaborate with UI artists to ensure consistent visual output
• Manage and evolve Figma component libraries and their components
• Create icons and UI layouts inspired by the automotive world (engines, gearboxes, trailers)
• Adapt UI designs to established style guidelines and technical limitations
• Collaborate closely with game designers, programmers, and QA from concept to release

Requirements

• Proven UI design experience, ideally in games or interactive products
• Strong Figma skills for layouts, wireframes, and UI design
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop for creating, editing, and exporting clean vector graphics
• Organized approach to file structure, asset management, and export processes
• Ability to maintain visual consistency and occasionally update in-game UI systems (e.g., banners, UI assets)
• Understanding of visual clarity, hierarchy, and functional design
• Reliable communication and cross-team collaboration
• Team player with precision and a focus on shared goals
• Good English knowledge
