Description

You will help develop and simplify the company’s business systems by supporting and improving the ERP system Prytanis, its reporting, and related web applications. You’ll create reports for leadership, controlling, accounting, and operations, using SQL to validate and connect data and investigate discrepancies. The role also includes applying AI and automation to analysis, query preparation, documentation, and repetitive tasks, with responsible handling of company data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop ERP Prytanis: features, master data, user permissions, access management (with colleagues and vendor)

• Build reports and interactive views for management, controlling, accounting, and operations

• Use SQL to validate correctness of data and identify causes of differences across reports/systems

• Translate user needs into implementable solutions: requirements understanding, vendor task definition, testing, and go-live

• Apply AI and automation for data analysis, query preparation, documentation, and simplifying recurring activities; verify results responsibly

• Support users, resolve application issues, prepare guides, and train users on new functionality

• Track tasks to completion and keep stakeholders informed about status, blockers, and delivery

• Contribute (based on experience) to internal web administration and IT security improvements

Requirements

• Experience with an enterprise information system: support, administration, or development

• SQL skills for writing queries, joining tables, and aggregating data independently

• Proficient working knowledge of Excel and ability to orient in data

• Active AI tool usage; willingness to explore new capabilities and critically assess outputs

• Ability to ask follow-up questions to understand the true user need

• Independent, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn mindset; problem-solving attitude

• Clear communication with colleagues and external vendors

• Active English (or German) for working with documentation and communicating with international collaborators
