Description

Design, conceptualize, implement, and document complex Network & Security projects, including high-level design creation. Lead requirements analysis workshops, analyze and fix issues in existing customer infrastructures, and provide third-level support while helping build Operations and Managed Services. Share knowledge within the Business Line/Practice/Operations and support presales and bid management.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field

• Certified, in-depth knowledge and practical experience in at least two areas: LAN (Routing & Switching), WLAN (Aruba, Cisco), Firewall (Fortinet, Sophos, Watchguard), EDR/XDR (Trend Micro, CrowdStrike), Vulnerability Management (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7), NAC (Cisco, Aruba, Macmon), Email and Web Security, Identity Protection, MFA

• Technical understanding of complex IT landscapes and infrastructures

• Clear thinking, flexibility, and strong self-organization

• Customer- and service-orientation and strong problem-solving skills
