Description

You will complete a 3-year apprenticeship to become an IT Systems Electronics specialist, starting 1 September 2026. The program combines classroom learning with practical work in customer environments, where you support troubleshooting, warranty case handling, and technical communication. You will also learn about data center operations and document activities in Salesforce and a field-service app.

Role Responsibilities

• Accompany Field Engineers on customer deployments to troubleshoot systems

• Support technical customer care

• Communicate with technical contacts at customer sites

• Process and follow up manufacturer warranty cases

• Document completed activities in Salesforce and the field-service app

• Support goods flow activities, including testing, refurbishment, preparation, and documentation

• Participate in customer projects

Requirements

• Good Haupt- or Realschulabschluss or general/focused higher education entrance qualification

• Good performance in Mathematics, German, and English

• Strong interest in IT and mathematically technical topics

• Analytical thinking and high ability to abstract

• Enjoys teamwork

• Friendly, open-minded attitude with good communication skills

• Fluent German and good English skills (verbal and written)
