Description

You will administer and continuously improve the company’s IT systems, including installation, updates, and commissioning of hardware and software. The role includes structured troubleshooting for hardware/software issues and first- and second-level user support for IT requests. You will also ensure backups and IT security, create documentation, conduct training, and contribute to planning and implementing IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Administration and further development of IT systems, including installation, updates, and commissioning of deployed hardware and software
• Structured analysis and sustainable resolution of incidents in hardware and software components
• End-user support (first- and second-level) and solution-oriented help for IT requests
• Ensure backups and IT security
• Create documentation
• Conduct training sessions
• Actively support the planning and implementation of IT projects

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training, preferably as IT Specialist for System Integration
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Experience administering Microsoft environments (Windows clients, MS365)
• Familiarity with Windows Server and virtualization
• Knowledge of networking and IT security (advantage)
• Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
• Ownership, flexibility, and teamwork
