Description

You will lead a team of full-stack engineers to build revolutionary AI experiences for Windows—working at the intersection of modality and intelligence. The role is fast-paced and high-ambiguity: you will plan, architect, contribute hands-on, and help ship capabilities used by millions of people.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of full-stack engineers; drive project planning, prioritization, and feature design.

• Identify dependencies and guide creation of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.

• Contribute hands-on to the codebase and infrastructure.

• Lead architecture and design discussions; create proposals/design documents; ensure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

• Drive implementation by breaking long-term goals into milestones, aligning with release plans, and coordinating across teams.

• Ship AI-powered experiences that shape how people interact with AI in the future.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 10+ years technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, and/or Python (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years people management experience.
