• Schedule: Tue–Fri, 8 am–5 pm or 7:30 am–5:30 pm; 9-hour shifts

• Coverage: 3–4 days per week; 4 weeks per month; 9 guaranteed hours/day

• Patient volume: 10 patients per shift

• Setting: Outpatient hematology/oncology clinic integrated with an infusion center

• Support services: infusion therapy, dietician, palliative care; oncology nurse navigator on staff

• Preference: Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred

Description

Locum Tenens Hematologist/Oncologist needed for outpatient hematology/oncology coverage in a clinic integrated with an infusion center. The assignment starts soon and runs 3–4 days per week with 9-hour shifts and about 10 patients per shift. The clinic provides infusion therapy, dietician services, and palliative care, with an oncology nurse navigator on staff; bone marrow biopsy experience is preferred.
