Description

You will be the main point of contact for modern payment processes with customers and partners and help develop, align, and present payment concepts. You will steer and optimize functional aspects of cross-department projects for payment platform solutions (e.g., Wero, Digital Euro, Apple Pay, and card usage). You will also support functional pre-studies by assessing new requirements, tracking market trends, and deriving actions for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present concepts focused on solution finding and alignment

• Steer, integrate, and optimize functional aspects of payment platform solutions (Wero, Digital Euro, Apple Pay, card usage)

• Take functional responsibility in cross-department pre-studies; evaluate requirements and monitor market trends

• Derive and drive project action needs based on market developments

• Steer processes and ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external partners

• Advise and support customers; proactively develop strategies for their success

• Create comprehensive customer-oriented information and represent payment domain expertise in cross-department tasks

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

• Experience integrating and optimizing existing products

• Ability to develop and present concepts for cross-department requirements

• Team-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills with different stakeholders

• Willingness for occasional travel

• Fluent German and English
