Description

Support the organization in achieving a higher quality level by conducting root-cause analysis, advising on solution paths, and acting as the central contact for compliance questions. Participate in internal and external audits by conducting audits and tracking the implementation of resulting audit and root-cause actions. Contribute to process and performance optimization, coordinate cross-department troubleshooting, and create complaint overviews, analyses, and KPI reporting.
